Every Thursday in July, we stay open until 20.00, inviting you to enjoy relaxed summer evenings with more room to explore and more time to spend together than during the daytime. Take your time discovering the museum at your own pace and experience our exhibitions in a whole new way.

Secret date spot
At the Workers Museum, we have a small courtyard known only to a select few. We call it the Lenin Courtyard, as it is home to a giant statue of Vladimir Lenin from the museum’s collection. This summer, we recommend the courtyard as a truly unique spot for a date. To make the occasion even more special, we’re offering two craft beers and crispy potato chips at a special summer discount.
Fru Hansens Kaffebar
Step into the cosy atmosphere of a real 1950s café. At Fru Hansens kaffebar. You can enjoy classic Danish favourites such as meatballs with cold potato salad and rødgrød-med-fløde—the taste of Danish summer and cherished traditions.
