Purpose and Strategy

The Workers’ Museum is Denmark’s museum, archive and research library for democracy, community and working life.

The Workers’ Museum on the move

The Workers’ Museum is in the midst of unprecedented change. In recent years, we have developed the visitor experience, increased the number of users, strengthened our finances and achieved great international
recognition as a museum, library and archive. We use our unique collections and dialog with the
the outside world to show the importance of labor history for our society today. Now we are ready to set new, ambitious goals in collaboration with our partners, stakeholders and supporters to create a
stronger platform for dialog, experiences and knowledge.
