For more than a century, thousands of workers gathered here for political meetings, celebrations, and cultural events. The Workers\u2019 Assembly Hall became a key meeting place for the labour movement and played a vital role in shaping modern Danish society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During your visit, you can also explore the exhibition We Are the Workers<\/em>, which tells the story of the Danish working class and everyday life in Copenhagen from the late nineteenth century onwards. Step into the maid\u2019s damp room and the family\u2019s cramped attic apartment to experience the living conditions of the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
